I often write numerical diffusion and thermal models as part of my work fitting experimental data and studying natural processes. In the hopes that these codes might be useful to the community, I have posted some of them below. A number of the codes I have written in the past are counterintuitive and not at all user friendly, and will require some re-formatting before they appear here (e.g., Bloch and Ganguly, 2015; Bloch et al., 2017; Bloch et al., 2020). Check back for updates or feel free to contact me if any of these codes are of immediate interest.
